Public Stargazing at Leitner Family Planetarium & Observatory

Yale’s Leitner Family Observatory opens its doors to the public every Tuesday night for free stargazing after sunset.

The observatory, located on Prospect Street, hosts weekly public nights where student volunteers set up telescopes and guide visitors through observations of the night sky. The planetarium also offers shows throughout the evening.
